KROST offers a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
